Yes, CC charges a Closing Fee of 5% calculated on the net amount of funding provided in addition to CC’s participation.
- Does CC do Equity Funding?
Yes.
- What is the Minimum Amount of Funding CC is interested to consider, for project financing?
$3.5M.
- What is the Maximum Amount of funding CC is interested to consider, for Project Financing?
There is no Maximum per say, however, we generally don’t like our transactions requiring funding to exceed $500.0M.
- Can CC do 100% Funding on a project?
Yes, depending on the Project
- Can CC fund Start up’s?
Yes.

- Can CC provide its clients with Credentials?
Yes. Providing Credentials is a legitimate basic requirement, and CC would be pleased to comply with that requirement, upon demand. In fact, CC’s policy is to “exchange” Credentials with its clients. The Client presents his Credentials and so does CC.
- Is there Countries where CC will NOT do business?
Yes. Any Countries not recommended to do business with by the American State Department, and any and all declared enemies of the United States of America.
- Can CC do business with “Non English Speaking Clients”?
Yes, but CC prefers doing business with clients speaking English.
